One Bowl Chocolate Maca Fudge

One Bowl Chocolate Maca Fudge

Nut free, dairy free, gluten free, low sugar

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini (look for organic hulled tahini)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
  • 3 tblsp rice malt syrup
  • 2 tblsp maca powder
  • 1 tblsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil if required
  2. Add all other ingredients and stir well
  3. Once thoroughly combined pour into mould (I use a 16cmx8cm silicone loaf mould)
  4. Freeze till set
  5. Turn onto chopping board and cut into squares
  6. Store in freezer

Notes

To make One Bowl Chocolate Peppermint Fudge, replace the Maca Powder with 5 - 7 drops pure Peppermint essential oil.
